• NCLT Hyderabad Bench-II allowed the application for restoration of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process • CIRP to be completed within a further 120 days from the order dated 16 October 2026 • Application was filed by ICICI Bank against GVK Power and Infrastructure under Section 7 of IBC • Tribunal said the applicant meets the requirement of Clause 33(1)(a); restoration approved by requisite majority of the CoC • Company remains listed as GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited (Under CIRP); disclosure made under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR
