• Launched Pandora by Shraddha, a 22-storey mixed-use development in Nahur West, Mumbai, with estimated GDV of ₹220 Cr • Pandora received launch-day bookings for 110 of 471 units, aggregating approximately ₹60 Cr • Launched Param Adarsh, a 21-storey residential project opposite Mulund West railway station, with estimated GDV of ₹120 Cr • H1 FY27 revenue from operations rose 37.59% YoY to ₹265.60 Cr; PAT rose 155.84% to ₹44.31 Cr • Q2 FY27 revenue from operations declined 1.72% YoY to ₹132.02 Cr, while PAT rose 208.62% to ₹24.93 Cr
