SEJAL GLASS : ACQUIRES MAGNUMTUFF GLASS BUSINESS FOR RS 40.80 CR
• Board approved BTA with Magnumtuff India to acquire its Architectural Glass and Automotive Glass business undertaking on a slump sale basis • Aggregate lump-sum cash consideration of ₹40.80 Cr • Deal includes factory land and building at Chikodi, Belgaum, Karnataka, admeasuring 6 acres 32 guntas (~25,576.13 sq m) • Undertaking includes technical know-how, IP and brand name, goodwill, inventory, licences, contracts, movable assets and employees • Target business FY26 operating revenue stood at ₹36.20 Cr; acquisition to add a fourth manufacturing facility in India • Completion on or before November 30, 2026; no governmental or regulatory approvals required
