• Incorporates Steamhouse (Panoli WTS) India Private Limited on November 06, 2026 • Steamhouse India holds 99.99% (9,999 equity shares); 1 nominee share held by Mr. Vishal Sanwarprasad Budhia • Initial subscription of ₹1 L for 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each at par; authorised capital ₹10 L • Entity to set up and operate waste-to-steam plants, industrial boilers, waste processing and steam distribution networks, plus EPC and O&M services • Business scope also covers power generation, industrial gas supply and commercial utilisation of fly ash • Incorporation aligns with the company's core operational objects and long-term expansion strategy
