MOBIKWIK : WOS RECEIVES RBI NBFC CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION

• RBI issued Certificate of Registration to operate as an NBFC to MobiKwik Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary • CoR issued under Section 45-IA of the RBI Act, 1934 on November 05, 2026 and received by the company on November 06, 2026 • Registration does not carry an expiry date • MFSPL to commence business operations with an asset-light co-lending model in the next three to six months with NBFCs and banks • Expected to give greater flexibility in product development, faster go-to-market execution and opportunities to improve lending economics • MobiKwik Group will continue leveraging its partnerships with established lenders
