CFF FLUID CONTROL : SIGNS JV WITH TKMS ALTAS ELEKTRONIK FOR ANTI-SUBMARINE WARFARE

• Board approved a binding Joint Venture Agreement with TKMS ALTAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH to establish TKMS CFF Defence Systems Private Limited in India • JV proposed to be held 51% by CFF Fluid Control and 49% by TKMS • Purpose is advancing India's Make in India initiative via local manufacturing, system integration and through-life support for anti-submarine warfare • Size of agreement stated as not applicable; Definitive Agreements are yet to be executed • Board authorised MD Sunil Menon and Chairman Gautam Makker to finalise and execute the agreement for CFF Fluid Control
