POONAWALLA : ISSUES NCDS WORTH RS 500 CR
• Finance Committee approved issue of secured, redeemable, rated, listed NCDs on private placement basis • 50,000 NCDs of face value ₹1,00,000 each under PFL NCD Series H1 FY2026-27, aggregating up to ₹500 Cr • NCDs proposed to be listed on BSE Limited • Tenor, coupon, allotment and redemption dates as specified in the key information document • Obligations secured by first ranking pari passu charge on hypothecated properties with sufficient security cover • 2% additional coupon on delayed interest or principal beyond three months until default is cured
