• FY27 group capacity addition guidance trimmed to ~8 GW from earlier 9.5 GW, entirely on the renewable side, due to transmission delays • NGEL on-ground capacity ~6.35 GW by year-end versus 8,061 MW planned; Khavda connectivity pushed to November 2027 • Q2 FY27 standalone revenue from operations ₹45,752 Cr up 17% YOY; PAT ₹5,320 Cr up 14% YOY • Consolidated adjusted PAT ₹7,152 Cr in Q2 versus ₹5,000 Cr a year ago; H1 consolidated PAT ₹14,247 Cr up 26% • Board recommended first interim dividend of ₹3 per share for FY27
