• MOU dated 6 November 2026 with Celebteam Education Limited for a strategic association and proposed equity investment of up to ₹5 Cr • Celebteam is an education technology company operating an online learning platform for skill-development courses through celebrity experts and industry professionals • Proposed investment subject to satisfactory due diligence, finalisation of terms, necessary approvals and execution of definitive agreements • Investor to have right to nominate one representative to Celebteam's management and strategic decision-making, subject to law and definitive agreements • MOU valid for three months from execution unless extended by mutual written agreement
