BAJEL : WINS RS 1,500 CR ORDER FOR GUJARAT 765 KV PROJECT

• Secured orders worth ~₹1,500 Cr (incl. GST) for 765 kV transmission lines and substations in Gujarat, its largest order win in the power transmission segment • Also bagged ultra-mega and mega orders under the WR-ER Inter-Regional Network Expansion Scheme valued at ~₹1,600 Cr (incl. GST) • Formalized a 500 kV transmission line agreement with Egypt's Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company worth over ₹400 Cr (incl. GST) • In October won two Mumbai substation orders from Tata Power valued at over ₹200 Cr each (incl. GST) • Unexecuted order book at a record ~₹5,000 Cr at end-Q2 FY27, up 48% YOY, and ~₹6,500 Cr as of date • Q2 FY27 revenue from operations ~₹514 Cr (down 16% YOY), EBITDA ~₹25 Cr at 4.8% margin, PAT ~₹6 Cr
