• Board approved acquisition of 94% stake in Has Lifespaces Private Limited for not exceeding ₹0.94 L, subject to valuation report, making it a subsidiary • 75.87% stake in Shree Aadikaveer Realtors LLP for ₹0.76 L, making it an associate entity • 25% stake in Shraddha Yog Lifespaces LLP for ₹0.25 L, making it a subsidiary • All three are real estate development entities with nil turnover; consideration is cash and all deals are related-party transactions at arm's length • Completion by end-November 2026 for Yog Lifespaces and end-December 2026 for the other two; no regulatory approvals required
