SUPREMEINF : APPROVES RS 75 CR NCD ISSUE TO GLOBAL FUND
• Board approved issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹75 Cr • NCDs to be issued to one global fund as part of the monetization plan of land owned by the company • Plain vanilla debentures with 366-day tenure from allotment of Tranche 1 NCDs and 12% per annum coupon payable on redemption • First-ranking exclusive mortgage over the Bhiwandi Land, free from all encumbrances, to be created in favour of the debenture trustee at the subscriber's option • Issue in dematerialised form, unlisted
