• Sub-Lease Deed dated 06.11.2026 executed with M/s SMC Enterprises Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, after clearance of NOIDA Authority dues and related formalities • Covers sale of remaining four shops (M-15-A, M-11, Basement and Rooftop) held in stock-in-trade at SAB Mall, Plot No. 331, Block-E, Sector-27, Noida • Balance consideration of ₹1.25 Cr received; sale completion immediate on 06.11.2026 • SAB Mall unit contributed ₹136.03 L (97.93%) of company revenue/income in FY26 via rental, hoarding and publicity, parking, lease and power backup charges • Buyer SMC Enterprises operates in supply chain, warehousing and commercial real estate; transaction is not a related party deal
