• Board approved incorporation of BARIQUE Jewels Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary under the Companies Act, 2013 • Proposed entity to be based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the jewellery industry, with incorporation currently under process • Business to cover designing, manufacturing, sourcing, trading, marketing, distribution and sale of designer jewellery and allied products • Subscription to be 100% in cash at ₹10 L, comprising 1,00,000 equity shares of face value Re 1 each at par • Advit Jewels will hold 100% shareholding of the proposed subsidiary
