DEVX : ADDS KOCHI AND AHMEDABAD CAPACITY WITH UP TO RS 3 CR INVESTMENT EACH

• Company has entered into lease deeds for capacity addition at Kochi (13,075 sq ft) and Ahmedabad (84,000 sq ft) • Investment required up to ~₹3.00 Cr per centre, to be funded through internal accruals/debt • Existing capacity at 1.16 million sq ft with 91% utilisation as at September 30, 2026 • Ahmedabad addition to be completed within November 2026; Kochi within February/March 2027 • Rationale is to enhance operational capacity in line with business growth
