GESHIP : TAKES DELIVERY OF SECONDHAND VLGC JAG VIKRANT

• Delivered vessel is a 2015 built secondhand Very Large Gas Carrier of about 82,000 cbm • Purchase was contracted in Q3 FY27 and is financed entirely from internal accruals • Owned fleet now at 42 vessels, comprising 26 tankers (5 crude, 16 product, 5 LPG) and 16 dry bulk carriers, aggregating 3.38 mn dwt • Current capacity utilisation is close to 100% • Also contracted to buy one secondhand Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier, expected to be completed in Q3 FY27 • Entered a contract for a newbuilding Suezmax tanker scheduled for delivery in H2 FY2028-29
