• Delivered on November 6, 2026; vessel is a 2015-built Very Large Gas Carrier of about 82,000 cbm • Vessel was contracted for purchase in Q3 FY27 and is financed entirely from internal accruals • Owned fleet now at 42 vessels: 26 tankers (5 crude, 16 product, 5 LPG carriers) and 16 dry bulk carriers (2 Capesize, 11 Kamsarmax, 1 Ultramax, 2 Supramax) • Total fleet aggregates 3.38 mn dwt, with current capacity utilisation close to 100% • Also contracted to buy one secondhand Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier, expected to complete in Q3 FY27 • Contract entered for a newbuilding Suezmax tanker, scheduled for delivery in H2 FY2028-29
