AEQUS : RD SANCTIONS AMALGAMATION OF THREE WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES
• Regional Directorate, South West Region, Bengaluru sanctioned the scheme under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013 vide order dated November 6, 2026 • AeroStructures Manufacturing India, Aequs Engineered Plastics and Aequs Force Consumer Products to amalgamate into Aequs Limited with appointed date April 1, 2026 • Scheme was previously returned by the RD on October 12, 2026; company and transferor companies represented before the MCA to reconsider on merits • Scheme becomes effective upon filing of the order with the Registrar of Companies by the transferor and transferee companies
