• Company entered into an MOU dated November 06, 2026 with Sinton Agribid Trading Private Limited • MOU covers undertaking trading activities in cereals, pulses and other agricultural commodities • Sinton Agribid will arrange suppliers and buyers and manage the related trading activities • It will ensure return of the Company's invested amount along with the agreed minimum profit • Any shortfall or loss to be borne by Sinton Agribid; surplus profit shared between the parties as mutually agreed Impact: Neutral (No deal or investment value disclosed; downside protection on invested capital but earnings depend on unquantified trading volumes)
