• Executed MoU with GEIE Solar Products India Private Limited for procurement and exclusive supply of specified solar project materials • Underlying JVVNL rooftop solar award held by GEIE has a total contract value of ₹44.31 Cr • Annu Projects to supply solar PV modules, mounting structures, cables/wires, inverters and monitoring equipment against agreed purchase orders • GEIE remains the project executing agency for installation, commissioning, O&M and other award obligations • Supply consideration to flow through a project account under an agreed payment mechanism per MoU terms
