WIPRO : APPOINTS ANGAN GUHA AS PRESIDENT AND CEO FOR AMERICAS 2 UNIT

• Angan Guha appointed President and Chief Executive Officer for Americas 2 Strategic Market Unit with effect from December 8, 2026 • Guha was Global CEO and Managing Director of Birlasoft Ltd., a publicly listed entity • Previously spent over 28 years at Wipro, including CEO of the Americas 2 Business Unit and member of the Executive Leadership Team • In that role he led a $2.9 billion business with over 45,000 employees, with P&L across BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech and Canada operations • Brings over 34 years of experience in technology, digital transformation and client leadership
