• Skyways Air Services, acting as agent, renewed its Global Annual Agreement with Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C., Qatar • Renewed agreement effective from 1 January 2026, signed on 6 November 2026, for a term of one year from the effective date • Agreement aims to further increase mutual air cargo volumes handled • Size of agreement not quantifiable; no shareholding of the company in the counterparty entity • Qatar Airways is not a related party; transaction in ordinary course of business on arm's length basis
