• Company signed Share Purchase Agreement on November 6, 2026 to acquire 100% stake in Allure Developers Private Limited • Consideration payable in tranches of up to ₹523.76 Cr in cash • Allure is developing a residential project at Sector 150, Noida, Uttar Pradesh • Target turnover: FY26 ₹12.30 L, FY25 ₹1 L, FY24 ₹1 L • Allure becomes a wholly owned subsidiary; transaction to be consummated on or before 7 working days
