• Company received Letter of Intent from Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for proposed IT-ITES Business Park on leasehold land at C-7, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane • Order in hand as on 30-09-2026 at ₹935.30 Cr for Engineering Products Division and ₹600.60 Cr for EPC projects • Office shifted from Thane to registered office at Fort, Mumbai as part of strategic business restructuring • Plans to open two more NABL accredited laboratories and service centres during the year, covering North India power customers and Pune automotive, space, aerospace and defence customers • Currently operates 9 branch offices and two NABL accredited calibration labs at Mumbai and Kolkata
