• Board approved allotment of 60,82,600 warrants at ₹475 each to promoters and promoter group, aggregating ₹288.92 Cr • Company received 26% of issue price at ₹123.50 per warrant, totalling ₹75.12 Cr upfront • Allottees: Manishkumar P Kiri 20,27,600 warrants, Anupama Manishkumar Kiri 10,27,500, Hemil Manishkumar Kiri 30,27,500 • On full conversion, promoter and promoter group holding will be 46.69% of total equity on a fully diluted basis • Equity shares issued on conversion rank pari passu with existing shares and will be listed on BSE and NSE
