• SESPL will become an associate of Mukka Proteins Limited. • Board approved revised investment terms in Swaccha Eco Solutions Private Limited (SESPL). • Subscription of 85,200 equity shares at ₹250/- per share for total investment of ₹2.13 Cr, representing 46% of paid-up capital. • Reason for acquisition: Part of company's strategic investment to expand Waste Management segment.
