• Company acquired additional 1.3 Cr equity shares of Ecosis Limited at ₹10/share for ₹13 Cr • Ecosis is a wholly owned subsidiary; total investment till date around ₹98 Cr • Proceeds primarily for ongoing Polyester Textiles Recycling Project, repayment of existing Filatex loan and working capital • Transaction is between the company and its wholly owned subsidiary; no regulatory approval required
