• Board approved entering into a binding Joint Venture agreement with TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH • JV to establish TKMS CFF Defence Systems Private Limited in India • JV company to be held 51% by CFF Fluid Control and 49% by TKMS • Aims at local manufacturing, system integration and through-life support for anti-submarine warfare under the Make in India initiative • Definitive agreements yet to be executed; MD Sunil Menon and Chairman Gautam Makker authorised to finalise and execute the JV
