• Board approved allotment of 450 unlisted, secured, redeemable NCDs of ₹10 lakh face value each, aggregating ₹45 Cr • Tranche 2 placement made to InRe Fund II, a scheme of InRe Investments Trust • Tenure 366 days from allotment; coupon 12% per annum, payable on redemption • First-ranking exclusive mortgage over the Bhiwandi land to be created in favour of the debenture trustee at the subscriber's option • NCDs are in dematerialised form and unlisted
