• Consortium of Seamec and Posh India Offshore wins LOA for subsea installation works under ONGC PRP-X pipeline replacement project • Order awarded by Larsen & Toubro (L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Div), domestic entity, in normal course of business • Lumpsum contract value for Seamec's scope of work is USD 26.14 million exclusive of GST • Work to be completed by May 2027; project commencement to be intimated separately • Award is not a related party transaction and promoter/group has no interest in the awarding entity
