NEOGEN : GPCB REVOKES DIRECTION FOR DAHEJ SEZ PLANT

• Gujarat Pollution Control Board, Bharuch revoked its April 2025 direction restricting use of the fire-affected Multi-Purpose Plant (MPP3), warehouse and tank farm at Dahej SEZ • Revocation order dated November 7, 2026 is issued for three months, subject to compliance with the undertaking dated September 1, 2026 and CC&A conditions • GPCB also granted a provisional consent (CC&A amendment) for manufacturing at Dahej SEZ, effective November 7, 2026 and valid up to March 19, 2030 • Original direction had imposed environment damage compensation of ₹34.60 L and a bank guarantee of ₹7.50 L for compliance assurance • Company has installed a new replacement MPP-5 plant adjacent to the affected plant, currently in trial production
