• Wholly owned subsidiary Jubilant Advanced Electronics Limited (JAEL) executed Share Subscription and Share Purchase Agreement for a 40% strategic equity stake in Zettaone Technologies India Private Limited • Agreement carries an option to increase shareholding to 51% during the next year, subject to SSPA terms, with the stake going to 51% in FY28 • Structure changed from direct acquisition by the company to acquisition through JAEL, as intimated in the October 1, 2026 letter • Deal value terms were already disclosed to exchanges via the October 1, 2026 filing and not restated in this update • Marks the company's entry into the Electronics Design and Manufacturing Services (EDMS) sector serving semiconductors, aerospace and defense, automotive and other electronics segments • Aims to pair CDMO manufacturing excellence with EDMS capabilities for an integrated customer offering, accelerating the semiconductor and electronics chemicals vertical
