Axis Bank CFO Puneet Sharma Resigns to Pursue New Opportunities
Axis Bank's Chief Financial Officer Puneet Sharma has resigned to pursue new professional opportunities after serving more than six years in the role. His resignation will take effect from the close of business on August 31, 2026, the private lender said in an exchange filing. The bank has not yet announced a successor. Sharma, who joined Axis Bank in 2020 from Tata Capital, played a key role in the bank's financial strategy, investor relations and capital management during his tenure.
