Adani Enterprises, US Giant Jabil Sign 50:50 JV MoU to Manufacture AI Hardware in India
Adani Enterprises and US-based Jabil have signed a non-binding MoU to establish a 50:50 joint venture manufacturing AI servers, data centre racks, storage, networking and cooling equipment in India. Jabil is a global manufacturing giant with $36 billion in FY26 revenue and around 135,000 employees worldwide. The proposed venture aims to serve Indian and global demand as AI infrastructure expands. The deal remains subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals, with no investment value disclosed yet.
