Elon Musk Unveils Tesla Roadster That Flies Momentarily During Demo
Elon Musk’s Tesla unveiled its next-generation Roadster at a Texas demonstration, where the electric sports car briefly flew through the air using SpaceX-developed rocket-style thrusters. The car also performed aerial manoeuvres and landed safely, bringing Musk’s flying-car vision closer to reality. The redesigned Roadster can reportedly accelerate from 0–60 mph in under a second and reach speeds exceeding 230 mph. Tesla plans to begin production in 2028, although the technology’s practical use and road legality remain uncertain.
