Zen Technologies to Acquire 51.98% Stake in Cogknit Semantics for ₹135.15 Crore
Zen Technologies has approved an investment of up to ₹135.15 crore to acquire a 51.98% stake in Cogknit Semantics, a Bengaluru-based defence technology company developing indigenous Battlefield Management Systems (BMS). The technology connects tanks, vehicles and soldiers through real-time battlefield information and has completed field trials with the Indian Army. The acquisition will expand Zen’s portfolio beyond training simulators and anti-drone systems, complementing its AI-based battlefield-awareness platform Samvid. The transaction is expected to close by December 13, 2026, subject to conditions.
