Eternal Enters AI with Dark.ai, a Privacy-Focused Assistant for Sensitive Conversations
Deepinder Goyal is making an AI play at Eternal with Dark, a privacy-focused AI assistant expected to launch globally by the end of 2026. It will use fine-tuned frontier open-weight models running on Eternal’s infrastructure, alongside end-to-end encryption and an encrypted memory layer controlled by users. Designed for founders, researchers, scientists, enterprises and governments, Dark aims to protect sensitive ideas and conversations. Goyal says Eternal cannot read users’ conversations. Pricing, model benchmarks and commercial details are yet to be disclosed.
