Anthropic has publicly filed its S-1 with the SEC for a potential November IPO that could become the world’s largest. The Claude maker is reportedly seeking up to $100 billion at a valuation near $2 trillion. Revenue reached $16.3 billion in H1 2026 vs $1.16 billion H1 2025, while net losses hit $80.7 billion, largely due to non-cash accounting charges. The company has committed at least $518 billion to computing and infrastructure over a decade and says it does not expect to pay dividends in the foreseeable future.
