Maruti Suzuki’s EV Exports Cross 50,000 Units, Reaching Around 50 Countries
Maruti Suzuki has crossed 50,000 cumulative electric vehicle exports, expanding its global footprint to around 50 countries, including the UK, Norway, Germany, Japan and Switzerland. The e VITARA, manufactured in Gujarat, is driving the milestone as India becomes Suzuki’s global production hub for the electric SUV. The achievement strengthens Maruti’s export strategy and highlights growing international demand for India-made electric vehicles. The company began e VITARA exports in August 2025, targeting more than 100 countries.
