Nazara Tech Invests ₹734 Crore in UK Arm for Bluetile, Bestplay Acquisition
Nazara Technologies has infused ₹734.35 crore into its wholly owned UK subsidiary to fund the acquisition of Spanish gaming companies Bluetile Games and Bestplay Systems. The subsidiary paid the second tranche of $77 million (₹734.35 crore) to the sellers on October 30. The total acquisition consideration stands at $303.02 million (approximately ₹2,990 crore). Both companies remain wholly owned subsidiaries of Nazara UK. The acquisition strengthens Nazara’s international gaming portfolio and supports its expansion strategy.
