Reliance Industries Surges 8% After Record Q2 Results; Market Cap Touches ₹17 Lakh Crore
Reliance Industries shares surged nearly 8% on Monday after the company reported robust Q2 FY27 earnings, adding over ₹1.25 lakh crore to its market capitalisation and pushing it near to ₹17 lakh crore. Consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders rose 40.6% year-on-year to ₹25,548 crore, while revenue climbed nearly 30% to ₹3.31 lakh crore. The oil-to-chemicals business led the earnings growth, supported by strong refining margins and petrochemical performance.
