  FORBES Q2 ; Approved sale/transfer of its investment comprising 58,849 equity shares (49%) held in its associate company viz, Neuvo Consultancy Services Private Limited to Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 5,88,490/-, subject to other terms and conditions agreed between the parties. Following this transaction, Neuvo Consultancy Services Private Limited shall cease to be an Associate Company. This transaction does not have any material impact on the Company.

  FORBES Q2 ; With respect to Company's upcoming IT Park, Real Estate Project at Wagale Thane MIDC, the Board considered and approved an amount of Rs. 35 crores for carrying out excavation, site clearance, shore piling, earth work, structural work and related work for its initial phase of ear development.

  The balance Project cost would be approved from time to time during the tenure of the Project.
